Casual Merchandiser – Scone & Muswellbrook (NSW)

About the role

This is a casual merchandiser position based in the Scone and Muswellbrook area of NSW. You will work 12‑20 hours per week, Wednesday to Friday, with the possibility of extra hours during peak periods. A valid driver’s licence and your own vehicle are required as the role involves frequent travel to grocery stores.

Key responsibilities

• Represent Nestlé across the grocery channel (Coles, Woolworths & independents) by visiting stores.
• Build and maintain brand displays, secure shelf space and ensure standout in‑store execution.
• Partner with store managers to influence and deliver strong commercial outcomes.
• Follow a weekly plan while remaining flexible to take on additional hours during peak periods.
• Take ownership of daily activities, supported by the Territory Sales Manager.

Required profile

• Experience in a retail or customer‑facing environment.
• Confident communicator who enjoys building relationships.
• Valid driver’s licence and access to your own vehicle.
• Hands‑on approach – comfortable lifting, moving and building displays.
• Comfortable using a mobile device to document work and capture display highlights.
• Live within the local area and able to work independently on the road.
• Organised, safety‑focused and motivated to deliver strong results.
