Casual Merchandiser – NSW Regional Stores

About the role

As a casual merchandiser you will work across the grocery channel – Coles, Woolworths and independent stores – to promote Nestlé products. You will follow a weekly work plan, building displays and negotiating shelf space while representing the brand with pride.

Key responsibilities

• Negotiate, sell and build product displays in the grocery channel to optimise store presence.
• Maintain flexibility by working Wednesday to Friday, with additional hours during peak periods such as Back to School and winter.
• Work autonomously while receiving support from a Territory Sales Manager, covering 46‑50 weeks per year.
• Develop and sustain long‑term relationships with store managers and ensure compliance with safety and commercial objectives.

Required profile

• Valid driver’s licence and reliable motor vehicle.
• Physical ability to lift stock and construct displays.
• Proficiency with a mobile device to capture data and photographs of displays.
• Residence within the designated area (Narrabri, Gunnedah, Wee Waa).
• Full working rights for Australia and willingness to undergo pre‑employment checks.
