About the role

Join the Beacon Lighting team at our Chirnside Park store as a Casual Customer Service and Sales Assistant. You will work in a vibrant retail environment, helping customers choose the right lighting solutions while developing your sales expertise.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver professional, friendly service to both retail and trade customers.
• Promote the Trade Loyalty Program and manage trade accounts.
• Build strong product knowledge to guide customers toward the best choices.
• Achieve and exceed individual sales targets.
• Support teammates to meet overall store goals.
• Maintain store presentation through merchandising and housekeeping tasks.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a customer‑service role.
• Excellent communication skills with a genuine ability to connect with customers.
• Energetic, enthusiastic attitude and strong attention to detail.

Required skills

• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Ability to learn product information quickly.
• Basic numeracy for handling transactions.
