Business Development Executive – Fintech (Uncapped Commission)

About the role

KPay Group is seeking a Business Development Executive to drive the adoption of its fintech payment solutions across Australia. The role is field‑based, focusing on prospecting, closing and onboarding new merchants to the KPay platform.

Key responsibilities

• Represent KPay as the face of the brand, engaging directly with business owners in your territory.
• Own the full sales cycle from prospecting and discovery to closing deals and onboarding merchants.
• Identify merchant pain points and position KPay’s POS and digital payment suite to improve operations and profitability.
• Maintain a high‑volume pipeline through outbound outreach, warm leads and pre‑booked appointments.
• Build and nurture long‑term merchant relationships to ensure retention and recurring commission.
• Collaborate with a high‑performing sales team to achieve national growth targets and share best practices.

Required profile

• 0–3 years experience in B2B, outbound, telesales or field‑based sales.
• Ambitious mindset with a desire to control earnings and progress to leadership.
• Strong communication skills, confident and able to build rapport quickly.
• Resilient attitude toward rejection and a drive to meet high KPIs.
• Background in high‑intensity sectors such as energy, real estate, insurance, automotive, gym memberships or telecom is valued.
