Brand Designer

About the role

The Brand Designer will shape and maintain HCF’s visual identity across digital, social and member‑focused channels. Working within the in‑house Creative Studio, you will translate brand strategy into high‑quality design solutions that enhance brand awareness and the member experience.

Key responsibilities

• Conceptualise and produce design assets for web, mobile, print, campaigns, retail, events and other touchpoints.
• Ensure consistency of brand identity, positioning and messaging across all outputs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and manage brand assets, adhering to brand standards.
• Take projects from ideation through to final artwork and production, including preparation for print and digital publishing.
• Contribute to process improvements and maintain an efficient Creative Studio workflow.

Required profile

• Formal tertiary qualification in design, visual communications or multimedia.
• Proven experience delivering high‑quality design across digital and print channels, preferably in an in‑house studio or agency.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and presentation skills.
• Collaborative, proactive attitude with a passion for maintaining a trusted brand.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite: InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator and Acrobat Pro.
• Experience using Jira and Digital Asset Management (DAM) integrations.
• Competence in Figma for responsive and UI design.
• Familiarity with AI‑driven design tools and technologies.
