Senior Designer

About the role

We are looking for an experienced, detail‑driven Senior Designer to lead our clothing design direction and drive product innovation across all collections. This leadership position blends creativity with commercial awareness, overseeing everything from concept and mood boarding to final samples and fittings.

Key responsibilities

• Lead seasonal collections across all categories, defining silhouette, colour, fabric, trim and detailing direction.
• Conduct trend research, market analysis and integrate customer insights.
• Present concepts and range direction to senior leadership.
• Oversee design development from concept through SMS approval, ensuring quality, fit and commercial expectations.
• Review sketches, CADs, artwork and maintain consistency across fabrication, styling and proportions.
• Mentor and manage the design team, collaborating with product development, garment tech, merchandising, marketing and e‑commerce.
• Manage seasonal timelines, design packs, fittings and approvals, working closely with suppliers.
• Incorporate margin targets, customer demand and sustainability goals into design decisions.

Required profile

• Proven senior or lead design experience in fashion/apparel.
• Deep knowledge of garment construction, textiles, fabrications and manufacturing processes.
• Strong commercial awareness and ability to balance creativity with pricing and margin objectives.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, capable of guiding a multidisciplinary team.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Illustrator and Photoshop.
• Experience with tech‑pack creation software.
• Hands‑on experience working with offshore manufacturers and global production.
