About the role
Join Nespresso’s boutique in Chatswood as a Stock & Coffee Specialist. You will ensure flawless boutique operations by managing deliveries, maintaining accurate stock, and delivering exceptional customer service while sharing your coffee expertise.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage stock deliveries and requisitions.
- Conduct regular stock takes, investigate discrepancies, and balance stock levels.
- Drive continuous improvement of stock management processes.
- Communicate stock levels and product availability to the team.
- Assist customers on the boutique floor and deliver exceptional service.
- Collaborate with the visual‑merchandising champion for store presentation.
- Demonstrate strong time‑management and attention to detail.
