Associate Director - Property

About the role

ANZ is seeking an Associate Director for its Property and Health team in Perth. The role sits within the Institutional Banking division and focuses on managing and growing a portfolio of property‑related corporate clients.

Key responsibilities

• Support business development and origination activities to meet financial targets.
• Maintain and deepen relationships with senior executives at client organisations, executing account plans and delivering strategic solutions.
• Collaborate with product specialists and the team pod to design and deliver tailored financial products.
• Work closely with Risk, R&A and other internal stakeholders to ensure information sharing and risk‑adjusted outcomes.
• Share best‑practice ideas and techniques across the broader team and product partners.

Required profile

• Strong experience in banking or finance, with a solid understanding of a broad range of products and services.
• Ability to structure and tailor innovative financial solutions while balancing origination and risk.
• Financial analysis and credit assessment capability.
• Excellent client handling, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Team‑oriented, collaborative mindset.
