Architect – Multi‑Residential Projects (Melbourne)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Architect to join our Melbourne studio, focusing on large‑scale, multi‑residential projects. The role involves collaborating with project teams from concept through delivery, using Revit to produce high‑quality architectural documentation.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with project teams across all phases, preparing architectural documentation for large‑scale projects.
• Maintain strong stakeholder relationships and communicate effectively in written and verbal formats.
• Manage multiple priorities, work under pressure and make timely, informed decisions.
• Coordinate project consultants to ensure seamless project delivery.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of experience in architectural practice, preferably leading multi‑residential projects.
• Registered Architect (AIA preferred).
• Strong knowledge of Australian Standards and relevant residential codes.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Collaborative, solution‑focused mindset with the capacity to handle pressure.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Revit.
• Experience with BIM and architectural documentation.
