About the role
The Allied Health Team Lead will guide a multidisciplinary team of physiotherapists and allied health professionals, ensuring high‑quality client outcomes while maintaining a reduced clinical caseload.
Key responsibilities
- Provide day‑to‑day leadership, mentoring and support to a team of 10–15 physiotherapists and allied health professionals.
- Assist the Operations Manager in overseeing clinic operations to ensure smooth workflows and exceptional client outcomes.
- Drive team culture, professional development and performance‑management initiatives.
- Maintain a small clinical caseload within your preferred clinical area (approximately 20–30% of time).
- Contribute to business growth, quality‑improvement initiatives and achievement of financial KPIs.
- Manage compensable client relationships and liaise proactively with insurers when required.
- Promote workplace health & safety and ensure risks and incidents are managed appropriately.
- Support employee performance management, development and ongoing growth in collaboration with the Operations Manager.
- Manage workplace incidents and employee matters in line with organisational policies and procedures.
Required profile
- Proven leadership experience within an allied health setting.
- Clinical background allowing you to maintain a caseload in your preferred area.
- Ability to mentor and support a multidisciplinary team of physiotherapists and allied health professionals.
