Advisor – Specialised Credit (Agribusiness & Commercial Real Estate)

About the role

As an Advisor in Specialised Credit for Agribusiness and Commercial Real Estate within ANZ’s Business and Private Bank Risk division, you will support the Agribusiness and CRE portfolio through rigorous credit assessment and adherence to the bank’s credit policies. You will work closely with business and risk partners to ensure portfolio quality and contribute to sustainable outcomes for customers and communities.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in credit assessment and prepare submissions for Agribusiness and Commercial Real Estate transactions.
• Support analysis, documentation, and reporting requirements for credit decisioning.
• Engage with stakeholders to gather information and facilitate credit processes.
• Ensure compliance with credit policies and escalate issues when necessary.

Required profile

• Understanding of risk management or governance processes and ability to undertake credit assessment.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving capability.
• High attention to detail with accurate data management.
• Clear verbal and written communication skills for stakeholder interaction.
• Ability to follow processes and maintain compliance.
