Account Manager – Independent Grocery

About the role

Chobani Australia is seeking an Account Manager to own the Independent Grocery portfolio across the state. You will work directly with MSOs and banner groups, turning commercial plans into shelf‑level growth while collaborating with cross‑functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Execute customer plans, promotions and range reviews.
• Manage day‑to‑day account operations including pricing, trade spend and administration.
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with MSOs and banner groups.
• Drive in‑store execution covering availability, ranging, visibility and compliance.
• Support forecasting, demand planning and supply coordination.
• Monitor performance, identify risks and unlock growth opportunities.
• Assist with new product launches and customer onboarding.
• Partner with sales, supply chain, marketing and finance teams.

Required profile

• Strong FMCG fundamentals with a proactive, ownership‑driven mindset.
• Experience in Account Management or National Account Executive roles within FMCG.
• Exposure to Independent Grocery (MSOs / banner groups) is highly regarded.
• Proven relationship‑management capability and ability to influence at multiple levels.
• Detail‑driven execution focus.
