Workato Developer

About the role

We are looking for a skilled Workato Developer to design, build, and maintain integration and automation workflows on the Workato platform. You will work closely with business and technical teams to streamline processes, connect applications, and ensure reliable data flow across the enterprise.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy integration recipes using Workato.
• Create APIs and connectors for systems such as CRM, ERP, and cloud applications.
• Translate business requirements into scalable automation solutions.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimise existing integrations for performance and reliability.
• Implement error handling, logging, and governance best practices.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across business and IT teams.
• Maintain up‑to‑date documentation for integrations, workflows, and reusable assets.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience with Workato or comparable iPaaS platforms (e.g., MuleSoft, Boomi).
• Strong understanding of REST/SOAP APIs, webhooks, JSON and XML.
• Familiarity with cloud applications such as Salesforce, ServiceNow, SAP, or Microsoft 365.
• Basic programming or scripting skills (JavaScript, Python or similar).
• Solid grasp of integration patterns, data transformation, and error handling.
• Analytical mindset with strong problem‑solving abilities.
