Windows System Administrator

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Windows System Administrator to join our IT team. You will work closely with cross‑functional groups to design, implement and maintain robust Windows‑based infrastructure across on‑premise and cloud environments.

Key responsibilities

• Determine the optimal architecture for Windows, Azure and AKS workloads and develop related processes.
• Implement and improve operational procedures, documentation, and security controls.
• Support 24x7 technology systems, including OS upgrade activities and incident resolution.
• Collaborate with teams to enhance the application delivery pipeline and overall service quality.
• Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and smooth execution.

Required profile

• Degree in Information Systems, Technology or a related discipline.
• 8‑10 years of experience managing Windows environments and cloud platforms.
• Strong knowledge of Azure, AKS and CI/CD deployment pipelines.
• Familiarity with ITIL‑based incident, problem, capacity and change management.
• Self‑driven, inquisitive mindset with a tenacity to solve complex problems.
