Wedding and Function Sales Executive

About the role

The Wedding and Function Sales Executive will join the ANZAC Club team in Perth CBD, driving sales for weddings, corporate functions and special occasions. You will manage the full client journey from enquiry to post‑event follow‑up, ensuring a seamless and high‑quality experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage enquiries and convert leads into confirmed event bookings
• Conduct client consultations and venue tours
• Prepare proposals, contracts and event documentation
• Coordinate all aspects of event planning and delivery
• Liaise with internal teams and external suppliers to ensure seamless execution
• Maintain accurate records and manage event budgets
• Deliver exceptional client service from enquiry through to event completion
• Support marketing and promotional activities for the ANZAC Club

Required profile

• Proactive and organised professional with experience in event sales, hospitality or venue‑based functions
• Strong client focus and ability to manage multiple events simultaneously
• High attention to detail and excellent communication skills
• Solutions‑focused approach with the ability to work under pressure
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required
• Alignment with the values and purpose of RSL WA
