About the role
The Customer Success Partner Expert for SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) drives adoption and consumption of SAP’s cloud platform across strategic accounts. You will act as the primary advisor, aligning SAP solutions with customers’ business objectives and ensuring a successful cloud transformation.
Key responsibilities
- Generate and execute ideas to increase Consumed ACV, safeguard renewals and reduce churn.
- Partner with customers to expand SAP BTP consumption and build joint outcome‑based plans.
- Coordinate with account teams, sales, demand management and marketing to drive cloud growth.
- Develop renewal strategies that optimise profitability and customer satisfaction.
- Lead innovation initiatives, promoting AI adoption and digital modalities throughout the customer value journey.
- Orchestrate resources across SAP, SAP partners and customers to deliver seamless solutions.
Required profile
- Proven experience in customer success or account management for cloud platforms.
- Strong ability to engage CXOs and technical decision‑makers.
- Strategic mindset with a focus on driving business outcomes and digital transformation.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills across cross‑functional teams.
