Web Designer & Developer

About the role

Supreme Digital is seeking an experienced Web Designer & Developer to join its growing team. You will design and build high‑performing, conversion‑focused websites for eCommerce and service‑based businesses, collaborating closely with the marketing team to ensure performance, UX, SEO and conversion goals are met.

Key responsibilities

• Design modern, high‑converting websites and landing pages.
• Build websites on Shopify and WordPress platforms.
• Create wireframes, mockups and user journeys.
• Implement responsive designs across desktop, tablet and mobile.
• Develop custom functionality where required.
• Optimise website speed and overall performance.
• Work with SEO and Paid Media teams to improve conversion rates.
• Manage website updates, maintenance and ongoing improvements.
• Assist with CRO (Conversion Rate Optimisation) initiatives.
• Ensure websites follow best practices for UX, SEO and accessibility.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in web design and development.
• Strong portfolio showing both design and development work.
• Experience building Shopify and WordPress websites.
• Strong understanding of UX and conversion‑focused design.
• Proven experience with responsive web design.
• Excellent communication and project‑management skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
