Wayfinding Strategist

About the role

We are seeking a Wayfinding Strategist to join our team in either Melbourne or Sydney. The role focuses on shaping wayfinding and experience strategies for a variety of high‑profile environments, including airports, hospitals, rail networks, universities, cultural venues and sports stadiums. You will work closely with senior leaders to turn innovative ideas into concrete design outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and refine wayfinding and experience strategies across diverse sectors.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate strategic concepts into spatial designs.
• Present strategic proposals and design concepts to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Support the leadership team in translating ideas into actionable project plans.

Required profile

• Minimum of 3 years’ professional experience.
• Background in the built environment, urban design, architecture, placemaking or related fields.
• Strong strategic and conceptual thinking abilities.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams.
