Warehousing Coordinator

About the role

Orica is looking for a highly organised and proactive Warehousing Coordinator to support its warehouse, inventory and logistics operations in Seventeen Miles Rocks, near Brisbane. The role ensures accurate management of inventory and company assets, coordinates equipment servicing and calibration, and helps move equipment and materials on time. It works closely with sales, operations, field personnel and external logistics providers.

Key responsibilities

• Manage receipt, inspection, maintenance, calibration and tracking of inventory and company assets
• Maintain accurate inventory and asset records, run stock counts and keep equipment available and serviceable
• Coordinate warehouse operations such as picking, packing, dispatch, freight bookings and equipment movements
• Ensure warehouse activities follow HSE and compliance requirements
• Support operational teams with inventory, logistics and equipment coordination
• Drive continuous improvement to improve warehouse efficiency, inventory accuracy and customer service

Required profile

• Experience in warehousing, inventory, logistics or asset management
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accurate record keeping
• Effective communication and stakeholder management
• Proactive, safety-focused approach with strong problem solving
• Forklift licence preferred
