Warehouse Worker

About the role

Sandvik is seeking local Warehouse Workers for its Holt Street, Pinkenba branch to provide warehouse and distribution services to internal and external customers on a full‑time basis.

Key responsibilities

• Liaise with management, suppliers and customers regarding store operations.
• Receive, receipt, pick, pack and dispatch spare parts and materials, including weighing, shipping and delivery duties.
• Assist with inventory control, stock cycle counting, full stock takes and discrepancy investigations.
• Prepare shipping documentation and enter data into Sandvik IT systems.
• Maintain general warehouse cleanliness and housekeeping.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years’ warehouse/stores experience in a heavy mining or equipment manufacturing environment.
• Current forklift licence (essential).
• Computer literate with Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to work flexible shifts (2‑10 pm or 6 am‑2 pm) and follow OH&S policies.
