Warehouse Team Member – Multiple Shifts

About the role

BlueScope Distribution is hiring Warehouse Team Members for day and afternoon shifts at its Westall facility. This permanent full‑time position offers a supportive environment where you will handle steel and aluminium products for a range of customers.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, store and organise incoming steel and aluminium goods.
• Pick, pack and prepare orders for dispatch.
• Operate forklifts and cranes safely (training provided).
• Maintain a clean and safe warehouse environment.
• Support inventory counts and adhere to quality standards.

Required profile

• Reliable attendance for Monday‑Friday shifts (6am‑2pm or 2pm‑10pm).
• Willingness to learn on the job; no prior experience required.
• Team‑oriented attitude and good communication.
• Physical ability to lift and move items safely.
