Warehouse Team Leader

About the role

DP World is looking for a Warehouse Team Leader to join its Logistics team in Truganina. You will oversee a group of warehouse staff to ensure orders are received, stored, picked, packed and dispatched accurately and on time while maintaining a safe and customer‑focused environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop a team of warehouse employees to meet operational and safety targets.
• Coordinate daily activities such as receiving, inventory management, order fulfilment and dispatch.
• Monitor productivity, accuracy and customer service performance.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through stock control and cycle counts.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures and WHS requirements.
• Investigate and resolve operational issues and drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and customers to optimise warehouse flow.
• Support training, onboarding and performance management of team members.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a warehouse leadership, team leader or supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control and fulfilment processes.
• Proven ability to lead, motivate and develop high‑performing teams.
• Excellent communication, organisational and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to prioritise work and thrive in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Experience using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Forklift Licence (LF) – desirable.
