Warehouse Storeworker - Replenishment

About the role

Metcash is hiring a full-time Storeworker - Replenishment for its Campbells team at Eagle Farm, Queensland. It is a hands-on warehouse role helping keep stock available, accurate and well presented through replenishment, manual handling and forklift work. About 70% of the day is spent on foot doing replenishment and general warehouse work, with about 30% on forklift operation depending on daily needs, and regular handling of stock weighing 10-25 kg.

Key responsibilities

• Keep shelves and picking locations stocked, organised and ready for customers.
• Break down mixed pallets, sort products and return overstock to reserve storage.
• Complete drop-and-fill activities to keep stock available across the warehouse shop floor.
• Safely operate forklifts to move, retrieve and store pallets, including high-reach work where required.
• Support order fulfilment by retrieving and dropping pallets for the picking team.
• Rotate stock and check date codes to identify damaged, unsuitable or short-dated products.
• Assist customers with product enquiries and provide friendly service.
• Maintain a clean, safe and well-presented warehouse throughout the shift.

Required profile

• A current LF High Risk Work Licence.
• Physical ability to lift and move stock of 10-25 kg and to stand for long periods in an active warehouse.
• Basic literacy and numeracy for warehouse documentation and stock information.
• Strong commitment to safety and safe manual handling.
• Clear communication, reliability, attention to detail and adaptability to changing priorities.
• Experience in high-reach forklift, replenishment, warehousing, FMCG, food wholesale or retail is desirable.
