Warehouse Store Person

About the role

A well-established, award-winning supplier of high-end commercial, hospital, education and residential interior furniture is recruiting a Warehouse Store Person in the Mascot/Botany area. Reporting to the Warehouse Manager, you will join a small, experienced warehouse team and assist with all aspects of warehouse operations, including forklift driving and stock control. The position is full time, Monday to Friday, 7am to 3pm.

Key responsibilities

• Loading and unloading of containers
• Forklift driving
• Receiving and dispatching of goods
• Stock consolidation and replenishment
• Cycle counts and resolving variances
• Assisting with product assembly if required
• Manual handling and lifting

Required profile

• Previous experience in a warehouse role
• Forklift licence with some practical experience
• Physical ability to perform safe manual handling
• Team focus and willingness to learn
• Computer literacy
