Warehouse Operative – Logistics Support

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Warehouse Operative to join our busy team at NAPA Auto Parts UK & Ireland. You will play a key part in ensuring customer orders are picked accurately and dispatched promptly.

Key responsibilities

• Pick customer orders and load vans for delivery.
• Perform regular checks to confirm orders are picked correctly.
• Oversee dispatch of orders and coordinate van deliveries.
• Check and put away supplier deliveries, reporting any shortages or damage.
• Assist with a rolling stock‑taking programme to keep inventory accurate.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment.

Required profile

• Demonstrates good time‑keeping.
• Flexible and able to adapt to changing workload.
