Warehouse Manager

About the role

Harvey Norman, Australia's largest retailer of lifestyle products with nearly 300 stores worldwide, is seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager based at its Silverwater office. The role involves metropolitan and regional travel and requires a strong understanding of dispatch and receiving processes, with the ability to lead and motivate a high-performing team.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee and monitor stock levels.
• Manage timely and accurate distribution of goods in and out of the warehouse, including loading and unloading trucks and shipping containers.
• Coach, motivate and lead a small team.
• Coordinate inbound and outbound deliveries with suppliers and contractors.
• Resolve issues and concerns promptly.

Required profile

• Proven experience in warehouse management.
• Experience influencing and negotiating with stakeholders to achieve business outcomes.
• Previous experience checking delivery sheets.
• Ability to work at heights.
• LO Stock Picker and LF Forklift licence preferred.
• Right to work in Australia.
