Warehouse Assistant – Perth

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Warehouse Assistant to join our Perth team at SANY Group. In this full‑time, on‑site position you will play a key role in maintaining efficient and safe warehouse operations while supporting the growth of our Australian business.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day warehouse activities to ensure accurate inventory control and safe handling.
• Optimise warehouse layout, processes and stock flow to boost productivity and turnover.
• Oversee inbound and outbound logistics, including receiving, picking, packing, dispatch and coordination with freight providers.
• Conduct regular stocktakes, reconcile inventory records and investigate discrepancies.
• Prepare performance reports and deliver data‑driven insights for business decisions.
• Collaborate with Sales, Logistics, Procurement and After‑Sales teams to meet customer and business needs.
• Support the expansion and continuous improvement of SANY Australia’s warehouse network.

Required profile

• Previous experience in warehouse operations, inventory control or warehouse management.
• Strong understanding of warehouse and logistics processes.
• Excellent organisational, problem‑solving and communication abilities.
• Ability to juggle competing priorities and adapt to changing business demands.
• Proactive, continuous‑improvement mindset.
• Fluency in Mandarin is highly desirable.
