Waitstaff & Event Staff

About the role

Rowlee Wines, a cool-climate wine destination in the Nashdale region of Orange, is looking for friendly, confident and professional waitstaff and event staff to join its growing team. The work involves table service, guest orders and support for weddings, private functions and seasonal events.

Key responsibilities

• Provide attentive, friendly and professional table service
• Take guest orders and deliver food and beverages
• Assist with set-up, service and pack-down for weddings, private functions and seasonal events
• Work with the kitchen and events team to deliver seamless service
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation across dining and event spaces
• Support a range of service styles, from casual grazing to plated dinners

Required profile

• Hospitality or events experience
• Current RSA (or willingness to obtain one)
• Available for weekends, public holidays and special events
• Enjoys meeting people and delivering hospitality; organised, adaptable and detail-focused
• Thrives in a team but can work independently when required

What we offer

• Casual and part-time rates of $30-$55 per hour depending on experience
