Wait Staff – Premium Hotel Restaurant

About the role

Join the Food & Beverage team at Delta Rue, the vibrant French‑Vietnamese fusion restaurant inside Sofitel Sydney Wentworth. You will deliver exceptional dining experiences that reflect the hotel’s luxury standards.

Key responsibilities

• Provide professional, attentive and efficient food and beverage service to all guests.
• Take and process orders accurately, ensuring timely and polished delivery.
• Maintain a clean, organised and welcoming restaurant environment.
• Assist with table set‑up, clearing and resetting throughout service.
• Collaborate closely with the kitchen and wider hotel team for seamless service.
• Support opening and closing duties as required.

Required profile

• Valid RSA or willingness to obtain one.
• Previous experience in a high‑volume hotel or premium restaurant is highly desirable.
• Positive, personable and adaptable under pressure.
• Team‑oriented and ready to support colleagues.
• Available to work a rotating schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends and public holidays.

Required skills

• RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certification.
• Knowledge of food safety standards and workplace health & safety requirements.
• Ability to follow responsible service of alcohol regulations.
