About the role
Accenture is seeking a W365 Support Engineer to deliver technical support for Windows 365, Microsoft Intune and related endpoint management solutions across client environments in Melbourne.
Key responsibilities
- Provide day‑to‑day Windows 365 support, including PC provisioning, Intune policy updates, application deployment and endpoint compliance.
- Analyse client issues, create remediation scripts, update configuration profiles and produce technical documentation such as runbooks and support guides.
- Support engineering activities like Cloud PC provisioning, Windows updates, rollback planning and release‑cycle testing.
- Develop low‑to‑medium complexity automation using PowerShell, Graph APIs and Azure monitoring tools.
Required profile
- 5+ years experience supporting Windows 365, Intune and Windows endpoint platforms in live client environments.
- Australian citizenship (security clearance highly regarded).
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, able to work with application, infrastructure and security teams.
Required skills
- Windows 365, Microsoft Intune, Windows 10/11, Microsoft Entra ID, Windows Autopilot.
- PowerShell scripting, Microsoft Graph APIs, Azure Monitor, Log Analytics.
- Azure Virtual Desktop, Conditional Access, Microsoft Defender for Endpoint, Microsoft 365 Apps, Group Policy.
