VR General Practitioner – DPA Location, Cairns

About the role

SmartClinics Manunda, a recently renovated mixed-billing general practice in an eligible DPA MM2 location about 3 km from Cairns CBD, is seeking a VR General Practitioner to join its team on a full-time or part-time basis. The clinic sits in Raintrees Shopping Centre and serves a diverse Cairns community with an established patient base and strong demand.

What you will do

• Provide general practice care to a diverse patient population across all stages of life, with clinical autonomy.
• Care for patients in areas such as men's and women's health, infant and child health, family planning, antenatal care, chronic disease management, travel medicine, skin health, minor procedures, mental health care, workplace health and musculoskeletal care.
• Build long-term relationships with patients and families.
• Work alongside experienced doctors, nurses and administration staff, supported by an experienced Practice Manager.
