Voice Picker – Warehouse Associate

About the role

Chandler Macleod is looking for reliable and efficient warehouse associates to join its team in Erskine Park as Voice Pickers, working the morning and afternoon shifts. You will play a key part in the end-to-end order fulfilment process in a fast-paced environment that values safety, accuracy and teamwork. Ample car parking is available on site.

Key responsibilities

• Use a voice-directed picking system (headset) to receive real-time instructions
• Navigate aisles and accurately pick items for customer orders
• Report product or inventory discrepancies to supervisors
• Maintain productivity targets while keeping high accuracy and safety

Required profile

• Previous experience in a warehouse, pick/pack or palletising role preferred but not required
• Physically fit and able to lift, bend and stand for long periods (up to 8-10 hours)
• Able to work in a fast-paced team environment with strong attention to detail
• Comfortable using voice picking systems and handling repetitive tasks
• Available to work AM or PM shifts across weekdays and weekends, including 5 days a week (Monday, Friday and Saturday included)

What we offer

• $39+ per hour for the AM shift; the PM shift pays a higher rate
