VM & Commercial Lead

About the role

As a VM & Commercial Lead you will act as the technical specialist ensuring commercial actions are optimized within the brand direction and visual merchandising priorities, delivering an elevated and convenient customer experience in physical stores.

Key responsibilities

• Bridge operationally between commercial functions and sales market, aligning VM execution with the Commercial Plan.
• Communicate VM technical perspective in weekly commercial planning meetings and ensure VM priorities are integrated into market plans.
• Support SM, Area and Store teams on weekly commercial priorities, activity packages and seasonal focuses.
• Educate VM teams on optimizing visual and product presentation based on stock availability and store conditions.
• Collaborate with Material leads and other functions for in‑store material aligned with the Commercial plan.

Required profile

• Fashion ambassador with up‑to‑date trend knowledge.
• Expert level visual merchandising knowledge and commercial competence.
• Strong prioritisation, planning and analytical abilities, able to act on sales data and commercial KPIs.
• Proven track record in driving commercial impact and developing visual teams, ideally 3+ years in senior VM roles.
