Virtual Project Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Virtual Project Manager to lead the evolution of our online business academy. Based in Australia and working fully remotely, you will own the platform’s development, coordinate distributed teams, and drive learner outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end development and optimisation of the virtual academy platform.
• Design and expand training programmes for technicians and entrepreneurs across multiple home‑service verticals.
• Build, coordinate and lead a distributed team of instructors, mentors and operational staff.
• Drive student enrollment growth, engagement, retention and measurable business outcomes.
• Develop scalable systems, workflows and processes for market expansion.
• Monitor KPIs, generate insights and implement data‑driven improvements.
• Align academy strategy with broader business vision while ensuring efficient day‑to‑day delivery.

Required profile

• Proven experience in Project Management or Product Management, preferably in EdTech, SaaS or digital learning.
• Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing and scaling remote teams.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and interest in building and scaling digital education products.
• Excellent communication, organisational and stakeholder‑management abilities in fast‑paced environments.
• Ability to design structured processes, manage multiple priorities and drive execution from concept to delivery.
