About the role
Join Chandon Australia’s state‑of‑the‑art cellar in the Yarra Valley for the 2027 harvest season. As a Vintage Cellar Hand you will support all phases of cellar operations, ensuring high‑quality sparkling wine production during a critical period.
Key responsibilities
- Grape receival, pressing and flotation
- Monitor fermentations and perform necessary additions
- Tank racking, transfers and barrel management
- Maintain strict cellar safety and hygiene protocols
Required profile
- Commitment to rigorous health and safety practices
- Physical ability to perform demanding manual work
- Availability for day, afternoon and night shifts, including occasional remote vineyard work
- Residency or temporary residence in Victoria for the harvest period
- Strong teamwork, communication and enthusiastic work style
- Right to work in Australia until at least April 2027 and reliable transportation
- Willingness to undergo a physical and medical assessment
