Villa Coordinator – Resort Property Management

About the role

The Villa Coordinator will act as the primary liaison between villa owners, guests, and on‑site operational teams at Kingfisher Bay Resort on World Heritage‑listed K'gari (Fraser Island). This full‑time position ensures each villa meets safety, compliance, and presentation standards to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate maintenance and housekeeping inspections for all villas.
• Manage owner communications, governance requirements, and trust‑account financials.
• Ensure villas are safe, compliant, and ready for guest arrivals.
• Work closely with resort staff to schedule and prioritize tasks.
• Maintain accurate records in financial and property management systems.

Required profile

• Previous experience in property, body corporate or strata management.
• Experience in hotel or resort housekeeping is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and collaborate with multiple stakeholders.
• Valid Queensland driver’s licence.
