Venue Support Officer - Kirribilli Hotel

About the role

The Venue Support Officer position covers Kirribilli Hotel and Summer Hill Hotel. The role sits within the hospitality business of Endeavour Group, which describes its pubs as places where people feel at home, where stories are made and retold.

Key responsibilities

• Complete all financial reconciliations as required, including maintaining point of sale registers
• Maintain data integrity in all ALH systems, as well as employee and training records
• Manage stock control and stocktakes, and identify and highlight cash and stock variances
• Ensure all VISA obligations are met and managed for team members in the ALH systems
• Review venue-generated reports and give feedback to key team members
• Help the management team achieve expected audit results, as well as compliance and loss prevention targets

Required profile

• Outstanding customer service, handling enquiries by phone, email and face to face
• Understanding of the importance of privacy and confidentiality with sensitive information
• A well-organised and professional administration area
• Support for the venue team on the floor during peak trading times
• Attends and contributes to team meetings
