About the role

Join Tesla Australia as a Vehicle Service Technician on a Working Holiday Visa. You will work in Brisbane delivering top‑tier service for Model S, Model X, Model 3 and Model Y customers while gaining world‑class training and development.

Key responsibilities

• Provide an impeccable service experience for Tesla vehicle owners.
• Diagnose, test, and repair mechanical, hydraulic, HVAC, brake and electronic systems.
• Utilise diagnostic scan tools and operating scopes to resolve issues.
• Maintain Tesla’s service standards and contribute to continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with the service team to ensure operational excellence.

Required profile

• Qualified/Certified Motor Mechanic or Registered Vehicle Technician.
• 2–3 years of experience as a motor mechanic or technician (Hybrid/EV experience preferred).
• Strong English verbal communication skills.
• Passion for the Tesla brand and its business objectives.

Required skills

• Motor mechanic expertise.
• Hybrid and electric vehicle knowledge (highly regarded).
• Service methods, techniques, parts and tools.
• Testing, diagnosis, HVAC service, hydraulic and brake systems.
• Electronic systems and module repair.
