About the role
Lismore Toyota, a modern dealership with an indoor showroom and a young, vibrant team, is hiring a full-time Vehicle Sales Trainee in Lismore, NSW. No automotive experience is needed: you will receive complete on-the-job training and guidance from the General Manager, Sales Manager, Business Manager and Dealer Principal. The schedule is Monday to Saturday with one rostered day off during the week.
Key responsibilities
- Handle enquiries and prospect for new customers.
- Follow up on leads and encourage repeat business.
- Maximise every sales opportunity and help achieve targets.
- Support the Business Manager and General Sales Manager.
Required profile
- Passion for industry-leading customer service.
- Strong communication skills.
- Outstanding negotiation skills.
- Current Australian driver's licence.
