UX/UI Designer – User Experience Team

About the role

We are looking for a seasoned UX/UI Designer to join our User Experience Team. You will shape the visual and interactive aspects of our products, turning research insights into intuitive digital experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Develop deep product knowledge and stay informed about technology and feature sets.
• Conduct user and business research to generate impact‑focused insights.
• Produce deliverables such as competitive analyses, user flows, low‑fidelity wireframes, high‑fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes that address real user problems.
• Communicate findings and design decisions clearly to cross‑functional partners and the broader Superformula community.

Required profile

• Portfolio showcasing end‑to‑end customer journeys with polished design solutions.
• 5+ years of professional experience in interactive or visual design.
• Strong interpersonal skills and awareness of mobile, communications, and collaboration trends.
• Proven ability to scope, estimate, and prioritize work independently.
• Track record of shipping products that benefited from your design contributions.
• Bachelor’s degree in Design or equivalent professional experience.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Sketch.
• Ability to create high‑fidelity prototypes and mockups.
