UX/UI Designer

About the role

Join Resmed’s Provider Diagnostics UX/UI team in Sydney to shape digital experiences that support healthcare providers, operations teams, and patients. You will turn complex workflow and diagnostic data into clear, scalable, and trustworthy interfaces, incorporating AI responsibly.

Key responsibilities

• Support UX/UI work from discovery through delivery, including problem framing, user flows, wireframes, prototypes, interaction specifications, visual design refinements, and design quality assurance.
• Design clear, efficient, and scalable experiences for provider and operational workflows with complex clinical and diagnostic information.
• Apply UX/UI, interaction design, visual design, and information architecture principles to simplify complexity while preserving critical detail.
• Use and contribute to design systems, reusable UI patterns, and consistent standards for provider experiences.
• Apply accessibility, usability, inclusive design, and UI quality standards across all outputs.
• Leverage AI tools responsibly for ideation, prototyping, visual exploration, and synthesis, while maintaining strong design fundamentals and human review.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in UX/UI, product, or interaction design with a strong portfolio of complex product work.
• Degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience designing enterprise, workflow‑heavy, data‑rich SaaS or healthcare products.
• Strong collaboration skills with product, engineering, research, content, and CX partners.
• Knowledge of accessibility, usability, inclusive design, and visual UI best practices.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Figma.
• Experience using AI‑assisted design tools such as Claude Design, ChatGPT.
• Familiarity with development tools like GitHub, Copilot, and Visual Studio Code.
