UX Developer

About the role

We are looking for a UX Developer to join our Web Marketing Team and work closely with Engineering in an Agile/Scrum environment. You will turn static designs into interactive, high‑converting customer journeys, ensuring code quality and scalability.

Key responsibilities

• Convert high‑fidelity Figma designs into functional web experiences.
• Collaborate with designers, marketers and engineers to deliver seamless campaigns.
• Maintain and optimise large‑scale corporate websites with high traffic.
• Implement and monitor analytics tools to gather user insights.
• Participate in code reviews, testing and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Previous experience in the telco or service‑provider industry.
• Proven track record managing high‑traffic corporate websites.
• Comfortable working in an Agile/Scrum setting.
• Strong problem‑solving mindset and attention to detail.

Required skills

• Node.js build tools and package managers.
• Git workflows and repository management.
• Google Analytics (GA4) and Hotjar or similar analytics tools.
• PHP development, preferably within Laravel (Blade templating).
• Figma for design hand‑off.
