Urban Design Graduate Program 2026/27

About the role

Join GHD’s Urban Design & Landscape Strategy team as an Urban Design Graduate. The two‑year Graduate Development Program starts in February 2027 and offers hands‑on experience on city‑shaping projects across transport, precinct development, tourism, recreation and environmental restoration.

Key responsibilities

• Support delivery of urban design and landscape strategy projects.
• Produce design documentation and visualisations using Adobe Creative Suite and AutoCAD.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop integrated place solutions.
• Assist in research, analysis and community engagement activities.

Required profile

• Recent graduate (or final‑year student) expected to graduate by end of 2026.
• Degree or postgraduate studies in Landscape Architecture, Architecture or Urban Design.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Self‑motivated with good time‑management and organisational abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
