University Partnerships Manager - Legal Education

About the role

Join relx’s Academic Partnerships team to build and nurture relationships with Australian law schools, lecturers and university stakeholders. You will act as a trusted advisor, helping academic partners access the right legal textbooks, e‑books and AI‑enabled learning solutions for their curricula.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with universities, law schools, academics and bookshops across Victoria and Queensland.
• Support existing customers by promoting adoption of legal content, digital resources and AI‑driven tools.
• Identify opportunities to expand engagement and drive long‑term partnership growth.
• Travel interstate for face‑to‑face meetings, campus events, book displays and stakeholder breakfasts.
• Gather and share customer insights with internal teams to inform product development.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and activity updates.

Required profile

• A law degree or a strong interest in legal education.
• Experience in customer service, account management, education, publishing or related fields.
• Excellent communication, relationship‑building and influencing abilities.
• Proactive, organised and professional approach to relationship‑led targets.
• Valid Australian driver’s licence and access to a car.
