UniVerse/PICK Developer – Financial Services Software

About the role

Ultradata is seeking experienced UniVerse/PICK developers to join its product development team. You will work on core banking solutions such as loan and fraud management, collaborating with technical experts across Australia and Malaysia while expanding your full‑stack capabilities.

Key responsibilities

• Architect, design and develop new features and applications for core banking systems.
• Collaborate with other developers to share knowledge, solve problems and plan project work.
• Debug and triage issues in existing products.
• Create and run automated unit, functional and integration tests.
• Prepare documentation and contribute to the team knowledge base.
• Showcase work to stakeholders and participate in code reviews.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/IT or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience with MultiValue databases (UniVerse, UniData, D3, jBASE, QM, mvBASE, OpenInsight, Caché, UniVision, Reality).
• Strong interest in delivering customer‑valued solutions and learning new technologies.
• Experience writing automated tests and a focus on high‑quality software.
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps is a plus.
