Underground Grader Operator

About the role

The Underground Grader Operator is responsible for maintaining safe and efficient underground roadways and work areas at Cannington Mine. This full‑time position offers a stable roster, competitive pay and long‑term career development within Redpath Australia.

Key responsibilities

• Grade declines, levels, stockpiles and service areas to ensure proper road geometry.
• Operate water trucks for underground dust suppression.
• Perform proactive road maintenance and repairs.
• Conduct pre‑start inspections, equipment checks and report defects.
• Maintain machinery cleanliness and adhere to site safety procedures.

Required profile

• Proven experience operating graders in mining or civil environments.
• Nationally accredited grader competency/ticket.
• Current manual driver’s licence.
• Strong safety focus and reliable work ethic.
