Underground Bogger Operator

About the role

Redpath Mining is seeking experienced Underground Bogger Operators to join the Scotia Mine team. You will work in a safety‑focused, performance‑driven environment, supporting both production and development activities across a FIFO roster.

Key responsibilities

• Operate underground Load‑Haul‑Dump (LHD) and bogger equipment safely and efficiently.
• Perform production and development bogging to meet daily targets.
• Assist with or operate automated (Automine) bogging systems where applicable.
• Conduct pre‑start inspections, report faults, and follow traffic‑management plans.
• Maintain high housekeeping standards and complete required production and safety documentation.
• Identify hazards and contribute to continuous‑improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven experience operating underground boggers or LHD equipment.
• Background in production or development bogging, preferably with Automine/teleremote exposure.
• Strong understanding of underground mining operations and safety compliance.
• Valid manual driver’s licence and ability to work a FIFO roster.
