Undergraduate IT Student – IT Support Role

About the role
Join Bosch’s 12‑month Undergraduate IT Student program, starting July 2026, to gain hands‑on experience supporting hardware, software and end‑user services in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.
Key responsibilities
- Assist Bosch Oceania staff with effective use of computers, mobile devices, printers and productivity software.
- Manage lifecycle replacements for computer and mobile hardware.
- Troubleshoot and resolve common technical faults.
- Provide consulting on Bosch global products and services available to users.
Required profile
- Enrolled in an Information Technology (or similar) undergraduate degree with at least one year completed.
- Strong written and verbal communication, customer‑focused attitude.
- Excellent attention to detail, ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work well in a team.
- Previous experience in retail or hospitality is a plus.
Required skills
- Microsoft 365 suite – advanced Excel, SharePoint and Teams.
- Proficiency with Windows and Apple operating systems.
- Understanding of end‑user computing environments and data‑security principles.
