UI Designer for AI‑Driven Neobank App

About the role

We are seeking a UI Designer to create intuitive, elegant, and high‑performing interfaces for our AI‑powered financial products. You will work closely with product managers and engineers to turn complex financial services into simple, trustworthy, and enjoyable mobile‑first experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Design polished, user‑centric interfaces for mobile and web applications across insurance, payments, claims, investments and other financial services.
• Translate product requirements into wireframes, user flows, prototypes and high‑fidelity UI mock‑ups.
• Maintain and evolve BJAK’s design system to ensure visual consistency.
• Collaborate with product managers and engineers to deliver pixel‑perfect implementations and iterate based on user feedback and analytics.

Required profile

• 2–5 years of experience designing digital products, especially mobile applications.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating visual design, interaction design and UI craftsmanship.
• Ability to simplify complex user journeys into intuitive interfaces.
• High attention to detail with solid visual hierarchy, typography and spacing.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Figma, FigJam and modern design workflows.
• Experience with interactive prototyping, auto‑layout, components and design tokens.
• Understanding of mobile‑first design principles, iOS & Android platform guidelines and responsive layouts.
