About the role
Bridgestone, a global leader in tyres and rubber, is hiring a tyre fitter for its Rocklea store in Queensland. The position is permanent and full-time, and is open to trainees who will receive full training, as well as experienced candidates who will be recognised for their experience.
Key responsibilities
- Fitting tyres on truck, trailer, bus and passenger vehicles, on site and at customer yards
- Servicing and maintaining customer tyres
- Fault diagnosis
- Working as a key member of a well-functioning team
Required profile
- A current driver's licence
- Right to work in Australia
- Previous experience fitting passenger and truck tyres
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with good communication skills and a positive attitude
- Reliable, honest and keen to learn, with a drive to work safely and provide great customer service
